With construction now complete, Montrose has become a landmark mixed use development in North Sydney. The clever design and layout of all studios, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments across the 11 levels (104 in total) enabled natural light to be maximised in every opportunity. In addition, the stunning views and innovative architecture led to the majority of apartments being sold out within days of the release.
