Role: Development Management

This site occupies a landmark, corner position fronting the Pacific Highway within the heart of St Leonards, 100 metres from The Forum and St Leonards Railway Station. This project involved the planning and development management of a high rise mixed use tower.

Key tasks were the acquisition and amalgamation of two key sites, progression of planning seeking increase in height control from 49m to 110m and eventual sale of site to third party.
